Pros

Nbcuniversal benefits is the best.

Cons

This job is mentally exhausting. All you do is answer call and pretend you at the proshop and book tee times. You only get two 15 minutes break. They will call you out if you go over. Sounds easy huh??. Mind you, you're going to be answering about 140-170 calls per day back to back. You are Speaking to racists entitled golfers complaining about stupid stuff all day. The pay sucks($10hr) and good luck trying to move up. The non-supervisors think they're supervisor with too many micromanage policy. They're all stupid power trip fools!!!If I can call them out by names I would, but this platform won't allow me. This type of job is only for a teenager that's living at home, that got bored and wants to make chump change. Ezlinks parent company(NBCUniversal) benefits/perks are the only good thing. Thank God I left this hell hole job.

Pros

The pros are scheduling but other than nothing.

Cons

Completely unorganized from management down. You are expected to take calls on courses you know nothing about till you actually answer the call and a guide for the course pops up. Hopefully they don’t ask you about weather, course conditions, directions, or common knowledge local details because you will be left sitting there twiddling your thumbs not knowing what your talking about and the customers pick up on it. You get no time to breathe. It’s constant calls all day. About 130- 170 calls per day. It’s mind numbing, and the course operator usually hate you and are annoyed as soon as you let them know you are with ez links. Any other call center job besides this is an improvement. Run from this position. I promise.
