Was frustrating, primarily due to poor management and outdated processes that seriously hinder productivity. Leadership from the top down seemed disconnected from the reality of day-to-day operations, often making decisions that didn’t align with the actual needs of the teams. The company relies heavily on old, inefficient processes, and despite numerous suggestions for improvements, there’s been little to no effort to modernize. Innovation is nonexistent, and any attempts to bring new ideas are met with resistance or indifference. Morale is low, and there’s a noticeable lack of communication or clear direction from management. If you’re looking for a place with growth potential or modern practices, this is not it. The company seems stuck in the past, and until there’s a change in leadership and approach, it’s hard to see any real progress being made.
