      Pros

      - True to its mission to provide better financial services and outcomes for people, almost everyone in the company believes in that - Extremely talented colleagues, former FAANG leadership - While all fintech is copying each other, Ram (Founder) is pushing us to think different and build products from first principles to solve unique needs of our community - Lean team, there is a lot of scope for impact - Financially stable with a great growth outlook

      Cons

      - COVID has shaken us a bit, we had to change focus drastically and let go great colleagues. On the flip side, it forced us to focus on what matters
