I don´t see real cons daily, except for the difference in some benefits from country to country... maybe that.

- Good work life balance - Good compensation compared with market rate - Good learnings

Cons

- Benefits got decreased - it's a startup so not that good benefits like MNCs - Increment in India site was very less
