Making a difference in the world isn't always easy. * Commitment to the mission of building a better financial system that is people first. * Tons of smart minds and problem solvers to collaborate and share ideas with * Responsive and Empathetic leadership * Making strides to be as cutting edge as we can be

      Cons

      * Covid sucked - when the economy gets hit that hard and companies move to tighten their belts, it's no fun losing people and projects. Plain and simple. * some legacy systems - with any startup that's grown 10x in a few years, you'll have a codebase that was once one person's become owned by multiple teams. If there's opportunity to improve things, take advantage of that!

      I love working at Earnin

      Pros

      My coworkers are the smartest and most talented group of people that I have worked with in my career, and I have worked for many companies. I absolutely love being part of a team that helps people get access to their money when they need it. The fast pace and enthusiasm is exciting! Each week we look for opportunities to improve our product and enhance what we offer to our community members. I've also seen first-hand what our product means to people through testimonials and in the Helpin Facebook group. The number one consideration I have in where I work is whether I am making a difference in the world, and I am making a difference at Earnin.

      Cons

      Every company has its own set of issues and Earnin is no exception, but the amazing culture really does make up for it. I once swore that I would never work in consumer financial services. I was even skeptical during the interview process because I assumed that every company in the space preyed on the economically disadvantaged (many of them do). It's humbling to admit that I was wrong, and that Earnin really does help to create a financial system that works for people. I know that sounds like I'm just toeing the company line, but I promise that I wouldn't still be here if I didn't believe in it.

      Be more than the mission statement.

      * Fair compensation & benefits. * FinTech space they are in has the ability to attract good talent. * Idea of Earnin execution has very high potential * Positive outlook...

      Cons

      * Not customer focused * Poor vision * Too much pivoting. * Lack of development. * Ego driven C staff * Only looking at the positive, not looking deeply enough into short comings and opportunity.
