Pros

Company is doing well financially, thanks to their legacy product doing well. Your base salary will be hard to say no to. Hiring people with stellar resumes for product.

Cons

new products are not doing well. There is too much micromanagement for them to well IMO engineering teams are not empowered - leading to poorly engineered products . PMs get blamed for everything afterwards anyway Some managers are more concerned with getting promotions and looking good than being a good person/ manager.

Pros

1. Great mission - Help people in need financially. Check the iOS and Android app reviews to see how many people Earnin has helped by the hour. 2. Better product - the quality improves every day with the new engineering organizational structure, better accountability, simpler architecture, higher focus on customer experiences, and higher sense of urgency. 3. Market potential - it is great in fintech now - there is ample room for innovation.

Cons

I want to do high impact work and get rewarded, and I feel I could do a lot more. But in reality, I can only do that much.

Pros

• Collaborative: We work really well together - if you have an idea or a solution you want to implement, you can (and with minimal friction!). • The employees genuinely care about our mission and our community members! • We get to play with all the latest tech and have some incredibly talented and seasoned engineers and leaders helping improve our platform. • Coming from previous successful startups, we have a much better work/life balance and this is more recently being encouraged • We are helping a LOT of people and beyond just giving them some financial relief during these times - we have launched a number of other initiatives like help groups, rental assistance, etc.. • There are a lot of fun challenges to solve and we are growing! • Inclusive & Diverse: It's truly one of the first times I feel I can be my true authentic self - that is all!

Cons

• I personally do not have any specific cons. The company is growing rapidly (again) and with that always comes some natural friction. Also throw in a pandemic and things can get crazy at times (for most companies I imagine), but I feel we have pivoted well through this, learned a lot and are on an amazing trajectory
