I joined the company as a Backend Software Engineer. Overall, I'd say the company had several strengths. The initial offer was competitive, and the role provided a strong foundation for developing my interpersonal skills. Working professionally means regularly collaborating with a wide range of personalities and navigating competing deadlines. Learned how to work well with others, regulate emotions and developed emotional distance between me and my work (matured as a professional a lot).
I found that as long as deliverables were met, the work environment remained stable.
Cons
There was considerable turnover on the engineering team, which I understood to be related in part to concerns about the tech stack and the company's overall direction.

Thank you for the detailed look back on your time here. We're glad your initial offer felt competitive and that the role helped you grow professionally, navigating competing deadlines and different personalities is real skill-building, and it's great to hear that translated into your development as a professional. We also hear your concern about the turnover on the engineering team and the underlying questions about tech stack and direction; that's exactly the kind of feedback that helps us understand where we need to be more intentional going forward.
