Nepotism, questionable HR practices as there is only one person responsible for entire HR department, undefined standards/processes and procedures. Some employees were not respected for time and effort given. Lunches and breaks often had to be ignored to keep up with the work or overtime, however favorites of the manager or higher management were not held to the same standards with accountability.
