Could be a really cool product and culture. COULD BE.
Cons
Inexperienced management will be the bane of this company's existance. You can't lose over 80% of your staff and not look at those left as possibly the cause. Young, wet behind the ears leaders are driving the ship into the ground.
Work on leading edge technology RV equipment. Learn new skills ability to work in different areas. Great group of guys ; team members to work with. Hours are good off by 3:30 most days and no weekends. Operations Mgr cares about his employees. Some Fridays lunch is provided by owner really nice to do but never see this owner, mystery person.
Cons
Benifits and pay not up to par with industry nor with the high level of work expected from each tech. Owner of company is on site but never comes on the floor to meet his workers; kind of wierd. Turnover continues to be an issue fueled by low pay.
