      Pros

      I was straight out of school when they hired me and they don't just throw you into the deep end. I was helping out senior developers (or they were helping me really) a lot at first. Later on they gave me more big projects but I still have a cushion of help if i need it.

      Cons

      No really downsides. The working at home aspect has upsides and downsides. So it depends on how you look at it. But its the same if you were to work in an office upsides and downsides too.

      work from home, lots of independence while still given opportunities to work between support and development teams

      Cons

      pay is below industry standard, never felt part of the team, mgmt seemed to treat employees as if they weren't on their side
