      Pros

      Work-life balance is good with a work-from-home philosophy.

      Cons

      Upper management do not listen to anyone except themselves. Too many young and inexperienced managers, with a big ego and an attitude hampers growth and fosters a toxic environment

      Pros

      I was straight out of school when they hired me and they don't just throw you into the deep end. I was helping out senior developers (or they were helping me really) a lot at first. Later on they gave me more big projects but I still have a cushion of help if i need it.

      Cons

      No really downsides. The working at home aspect has upsides and downsides. So it depends on how you look at it. But its the same if you were to work in an office upsides and downsides too.
