      Flexible schedule, fun work environment

      Cons

      No benefits, lots of drama with management (not about work but assistant manager would constantly be talking about her personal life)

      Great temporary job but you will get overworked.

      Pros

      Fun environment to work in thanks to my coworkers. Cool product.

      Cons

      Poor Upper Managemen: as in District manager and higher. Home office was almost always no help and inconsiderate of the needs of the individual stores. Raises were barely available and not much anyway. Favoritism was strong with upper management such as pushing people out to bring in friends
