      Don't Waste Your Time

      Discount on all items, including sale items

      Cons

      The scheduling is both inconsistent and inconsiderate. Shifts get cut without notice, and hours are not livable unless 'manager' is in your title. There's no clear communication about anything, and no room for growth. This is a second job, or a first job. Definitely NOT a main job. Be prepared for management and coworkers to have zero professional boundaries as well. It's really uncomfortable and unserious.

      fun environment with customers and teammates, employee discount, simple retail work

      Cons

      No commission, daily sales goal, poor communication through management to employees/ lying management, No opportunities to move up in company even when promised

      cool environment and customer service/product knowledge training

      Cons

      Poor work/life balance, mostly due to my specific employer's lack of boundaries. The line between coworker and friend often becomes blurred
