Pros

Yes the mission and reach of the org has no comparison -- we fight (pro bono) for communities and environmental health across the United States. Beyond that, I feel invested and supported by my team. Great benefits (no cost to me), generous vacation / days off / civic engagement days, resources I need to do my job, and knowing that every role here is critical to moving our world to a more just, equitable, and healthy place. Great retreats and All Staff Meetings, joyous celebrations!

Cons

Some of the attorneys behave like they're gods, which, I remind them kindly, they are not.

Pros

People at Earthjustice are passionate about making the world a better place and the organization is committed to its employees.

Cons

Like most nonprofits, things can get very busy and people work hard, so sometimes workload can be a lot, but I wouldn't necessarily call this a con.
