There is a lack of organization from the district to the school level, no support from anyone, nepotism, selfish leaders, lack of follow-up, rude parents who expect you to work magic, and not enough money.

Working here was mostly fulfilling because of my love for the children and passion for teaching.

Cons

The support system for the teachers was non-existent and changes we’re constantly being made but we’re no benefit to staff.
