It’s located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Cons

The school counselor has a ceiling at the School Counselor level. Once a School Counselor there isn’t room for growth or employment opportunities. The School Counselor is on the SAME salary schedule as teachers even though School Counselors are required to have a master’s degree and teachers only need a bachelor’s degree for employment. Available School Counselor positions are NOT posted on the website and are mostly filled with someone already the principal knows previously.
