The principal I worked for was completely inept and actively aggressive to teachers. He ran everyone away.

The best part of working in EBR schools is seeing the difference you're making in the lives of the students.

Cons

There was an overall lack of support and organization within the school system and where I was employed. The onboarding process and any requests for assistance afterwards took months to complete.
