      Pros

      There are some very great people to work with who truly love their job teaching children and do what they are supposed.

      Cons

      As well there are people who take their job from granted, clearly don't like children and only see what they are doing as a paycheck and have no intention of improving.

      I work with some awesome teachers!

      Top down in this system needs an overhaul!! Lots of people in power that have no reality of the classroom, their students, or their teachers!
