Great HR Department! Salary was average for a teacher.. No less. No more but don't expect raise regardess of how well they rate you as a teacher according,to Compass. (We did get about a $400 bonus the next school,year around November for making "Proficient" the previous year. If you miss a minute more than the sick days allosed you dont get it.

Cons

Your experience as a teacher could be wonderful at one EBR school and terrible at another because of the principal. Don't,expect funding for almost anything Very run down schopl, sites.
