      diversity, opportunity for growth in career, great networking for educators, various professional development opportunities and LRCE is located in Baton Rouge and always offers great resources.

      Cons

      It can be hit or miss with certain neighborhoods, traffic is insane and construction is everywhere which just adds to the traffic problem

      It provides Great professional development for those who wish to grow and change to help all children learn and reach their potential.

      You will gave to work extra hours for no pay. You will also have to bring work home.

      Salary is better than my current employer. I had some great co workers; they were very helpful. Loved working with the students.
