      Pros

      Pretty current on technology. Staff all seem to get along and cooperate together satisfying work with and assist tenants with their housing needs

      Cons

      The pay is not very high. And sometimes the work can be stressful dealing with difficult tenants and there are time pressureso every month at the beginning of the month
