Inviting environment

Pros

Everyone is very inviting and it is pleasant to work there. Management really cares for all nursing staff and residents. They put a lot of work into making it a pleasant environment and love to hear everyone's feedback.

Cons

There can be miscommunication between CNA staff on how things are done or what things have been done. This can mess up the care that is given to residents or make it more difficult to give care to residents.
