      Co-workers were smart, compassionate, and motivated individuals. Students are great. Small school.

      Cons

      At the mercy of state budget. Senior administration does not always listen to input from students and staff.

      Pros

      Small professional setting. Community environment, which is conducive to longer term work (career). Summers are slow, while the rest of the year is moderate.

      Cons

      Typical bureaucracy of working in a public institution. Little room for vertical movement. Financial management is horrible, which is eliminating job security completely.
