Very stressful work environment

-Good benefits -Pay raises twice a year

Cons

-Lack of support when experiencing severe behaviors -Spend most of the time commuting, and could even commute as much as 50 miles overall -Disconnection from other coworkers and management -Scheduling needs to be between 3-7pm, which can affect college student schedules
