Pros

37.5 workweek and there are some talented employees that believe in company potential

Cons

CEO has total disregard of employee morale and culture. COO knows nothing about leadership and basis decisions on pressure and total ignorance.

Few full time opportunities. Mainly parttime, with no benefits,

Pros

Good brand identity. Nationally recognized service providers. Services located in most U.S. States. Appearance of helping others as a charitable organization..

Cons

This organization receives governmental funds for every service provided. There is very little, if any, real accountability for public funds solicited and applied to projects with projected/planned deficits. There is no accountability for the copious amounts of public and private funds collected with very little service expansion or new program services offered. What are they doing, year after year, with all the new funds collected?
