Cons
-upper management was extremely unprofessional and did not apply positive reinforcement to their own staff. -it was more likely to have your deficits highlighted than your strengths which made it extremely unmotivating to go to work. -working with the company for years and not having any appreciation shown for the crazy amount of hours worked each week and the dedication shown to the company and clients -adding more admin tasks often to to our already impacted schedules, reducing the ability to complete direct hours for our clients and then being penalized for not completing our hours for the month -company seemed to focus more on the numbers versus the quality of our work with our clients, families, and staff.
