      1. Pay is good 2. Kids are wonderful 3. Supervisors are very supportive 4. No driving from house to house (all in clinic) 5. Salary-based 6. Short office hours 7. Friday’s are your “catch up” days on admin work

      Cons

      1. Too much kids to handle at one time sometimes 2. Demands high energy people
