There are numerous opportunities for transferring into to roles and many for advancement. The company is stable and is always focused on growth.

Cons

It can be difficult to get the pay you would receive in larger market, given the lower cost of living and the lack of competition for employment. The company puts a premium on specific degrees and it can easily rat-hole you in a lower paying job with similar responsibility.
