It is easy. Cost of living is cheap in Rochester. There are still some brilliant engineers working there.

Cons

You'll probably know more than your boss. And your boss's boss.If you aren't a "lifer" your previous work experience will amuse and amaze them, like cavemen to fire. But beware, that can also scare them if you know more than they do.
