Kodak was a great place to work and provided many opportunities to learn and add value across the company.

Cons

As Kodak has declined, the culture and management style has shifted from an encouraging, empowering and positive environment to one that is more micromanaged, fear thriving and negative.

I like the small groups. Training is ok.

Cons

Pay isn’t fair. When someone hasn’t been there a year makes more than you. Who started out with no experience. Just like yourself.
