Pros

It is a great place to work in terms of benefit, respect received from management, and life/work balance. The apy is good compared to the local living standards.

Cons

Company's future and fate are not clear as the company has clearly lost the edge it used to have due to diminishing of the film business.

Pros

Excellent Brand. Solid revenues allow for entrance into new markets. Supportive and strong management. Good quality of life (flexible work policies).

Cons

Aging workforce. Lack of new blood and younger staff results in a culture without vital energy to support new ventures or new products. Bureaucracy limits growth. Very limited investment in growing people through training, employee organizations or job reskilling.
