Pros

In the old days, Kodak was a wonderful place. Plenty of opportunities, focus on the employee, ... Then the company couldn't figure out how to become modern - started to adopt stupid product directions, poor personnel practicies, selling off units. Slow death by 1000 cuts.

Cons

No leadership. No vision. No guts.

Pros

Freedom to do your job the way you feel is correct with good benifits. Co-workers are very helpfull with on the job training

Cons

Promotions are slow and hard to get. It's hard to transfer from one division to another if you do not have training in the other product line.
