Pros

It is a huge organization and corporate. As such, each person can use it as a step to increase knowledge and experience. It is also a great place to learn cross functional, manufacturing type of operations.

Cons

Working at Kodak made me feel like a big brother type of atmosphere. The old school type of corporate it is made everything extremely bureaucratic, and it was hard changing daily activities.

Pros

Large corporation with instant brand recognition

Cons

Large and complex management hierarchy. Top heavy organization with little to none creativity or innovation. Kodak management believes that productivity and creativity can be fostered in a stifling controlling work environment. Slowly spirally downward towards bankruptcy.
