Pros

Speaking only from the Graphic Communications division. B2B reputation (within graphics industry a major leader), benefits, pay, The current technology Kodak invented may be market changing. Well trained and experienced field sales and service teams. They know the market and the customers. Board made a good decision with CEO now on board for over a year. Moving this old barge in a new direction will take a long time. But if done company could be very successful.

Cons

Reputation (old technology company), middle to senior management not knowing the graphic communications market. The blood letting of the past decade have left only long tenure at headquarters, no youth a culture of duck and cover. The only youth comes from companies purchased in the past 10 years. Must get technology to successful marketable product much faster. Must be more flexible and faster to the customer. Decision making as close to the customer as possible is blown up in Rochester.

Pros

The company is good about giving flexibility to people in terms of working from home when needed and most employees seem loyal to Kodak

Cons

The old corporate feel and structure is still alive and well despite managements effort to address. Talent is a major issue as is work environment which borders on depressing given the lack of investment in the office space over decades.
