      Pros

      Working from home has been the best part of my tenure at Kokak. I've enjoyed my job, and many of the staff for over 2 decades.

      Cons

      Consistent downsizing, and layoffs. I just received my layoff notice a few weeks ago, and, not surprising, they're looking to add more AI to the jobs. Good luck, they're going to need it. I didn't have a raise for over 10 years, but they keep making money for the shareholders, and the CEO gets a whopping bonus each year. Really pathetic
