      Pros

      Great historic brand equity with a very positive workforce doing their best.

      Cons

      Limited product portfolio due to misaligned research and development funding. Entire corporate division is struggling financial which has triggered misaligned priorities, desperate actions and many key employee departures. Senior leadership and management team don't understand commercial print market or value of legacy employees and customers.

      Ability to work remote, Excellent base pay and commission opportunities, superior products and support

      Cons

      Lack of new hire training. MGMT unavailability. Lack of communication between Account executives, Inside sales team, and product specialists . I Was told I would not have to cold call clients because of inside sales team dedicated to that. Ended up having to cold call daily.
