The hardworking people that come to work in the plant everyday, do their jobs, and keeps the company in business!!!

Cons

The Executive Team only cares about keeping the stockholders happy and put money in their pockets. They don’t care about the employees. Everyone in HR is cut throat, backstabbers, and the rudest group of people. The company has had layoffs almost every year and some years they’ve had more than one, then pile more work on the people left to do multiple jobs. The most stressful job and place ever!

Great co-workers. Safety conscious for the most part.

Cons

Discriminatory supervisors, to the point that co-workers notice and point it out without you saying anything. Mediocre pay, declining benefits (and they weren't that great to begin with). It's sad, sounds like this used to be a really great company to work for back in the day.
