      Pros

      The 9-80 work weeks are great. Pay for the amount of work completion is a plus.

      Cons

      Management is extremely aloof to the needs of the plant. Safety is not a priority and needs to have a significant focus. Advancements are few and far between even when they are deserved. The work culture is tense with the union and salaried employees. It is also difficult to be assigned meaningful tasks. Management is not focused on the big picture but their own picture for their advancements. Behavior focus vs a balance with performance is a must. No one is held accountable for their assigned tasks. Which means nothing gets achieved for the site goals.

      Pros

      Super people who are always willing to help, wide variety of positions available at headquarters site without having to relocate, wide variety of equipment and processes to keep technical professionals interested for a whole career, new engineers have interesting work and responsibilities right away, beautiful locations, great community relations.

      Cons

      Advancement is relatively slow. This isn't the job for you, if you want to rocket up the ladder.
