Pros

Eastman Chemical Company truely cares for its employees and balances the need for a profitable business with the need to provide for its employees. Eastmans benefits and compensation package in whole is one of the best in the nation. Work at Eastman is always challenging yet rewarding. Resources needed are usually available and Eastman has some of the most innovative yet practical employees I have ever seen. Great teamwork throughout the entire company.

Cons

The larger the company gets, the more difficult it is to expand the great culture at heratige Eastman across all of the newer Eastman locations and organizations.

Cons

I can think of no cons in my experience at Eastman and I have worked here for 33 years. A very good place to work.

This company is progressive and seems stable. Safety is first!! The pay is good for this area. Friendly atmosphere.

Cons

Benefits are not as good as they once were, especially for new hires . Promotions are not given to the deserving.
