      Pros

      co-workers really care about each other; work together to get job done. stable company with good history.

      Cons

      most management has a "better than you" attitude. raises & bonuses medicre at best; except leadership team - they're bonuses are more than most make in a year. new employee health benefits are awful.

      Eastman is an great company to work for. These are the reasons why: 1) Ethics: Starting at the top, the company is full of people that are honest and believe in living an ethical and moral lifestyle 2) Northeast TN: Eastman's headquarters is in Northeast TN,one of the most beautiful places in the world. I know this because I have traveled around the world. 3) People: Worldclass people that are professional, smart and great to work with. The people are truly a step above and go the extra mile. 4) Respect: I feel respected and trusted to do my job. Trustworthy people have a tendency to be trusting. My supervisor trusts my word and my judgment.

      Cons

      Northeast TN is a small town atmosphere. It is difficult for young people and single people. Southern people can be closed minded.
