      There are many exciting opportunities at Eastman. Eastman is in a state of high growth. We have a very diverse product portfolio enabling us to serve many markets in a positive manner.

      Would like to see more cross functional assignments, and faster opportunities for salary and position growth for top performers.

      As a whole, Eastman employees are kind and easy to work with, providing criticism in a way that can be encouraging and helpful. There are many opportunities for training, learning, and travel because it's a global company. It's a great place for a career because you can work at several different roles during your time with the company - not stagnant.

      Cons

      It's a very process-driven culture, which can be good, but it can slow down progress in a day and age where change and adaptability are imperative.

      They are an industry leading Military Friendly Company. Lots of growth potential for anyone in the company. Everyones voice is heard and respected regardless of area or position within the company. Global company so multiple locations to work at.

      Cons

      The only Con to working at Eastman is the headquarter location.
