      Pros

      Eastman diversifies in a way that allows stability of both operations and employment. Though constantly changing over the years can, at times be uncomfortable, the ability to react and be proactive has helped this company weather many storms. Eastman has vastly improved in the work/life area over the years, allowing for flexible schedules and being more willing to work with employee's life situations. I've been here over 30 years, and see the future looking bright.

      Cons

      Pay is higher than most jobs in the region, but may still lag in some roles when compared to national averages. Hourly worker roles can become stagnant, when defined promotional limits are reached.

      - Eastman has a history of caring about it's employees -- their safety, health, development, and general well being. - There are opportunities for personal and professional growth and advancement. - The employees are top notch and a pleasure to work with. - Location -- Upper East Tennessee is a great place to work, live, and raise a family. - Eastman and it's employees are very community oriented -- supporting worthwhile endeavors financially and through a large volunteer base.
