      Great working atmosphere, people are friendly.

      Cons

      Very, very process driven, this can bring a lack of flexibility and a loss of productivity. A lack of opportunities in the Capelle office is a BIG problem

      Good and reasonably big US MNC company. Great colleagues. Nice office and flexible working hours. Good travel opportunities. Good regional exposure.

      Cons

      Slow in management decisions. Limited career progression. Too many layers of decision making process. Current boss is too micro managing.

      Pros

      A caring company which gives employees the oppurtunity to grow. Great to work with so many international colleagues and their different cultures. Have never experienced issues when asking for time off. Am treated equally and well by upper management.

      Cons

      A lot is expected of you, work can be busy and stressfull. We often experience challenges. Employees need to be flexible.
