Pros

Quite effective and clear org structure. Stable place to work.

Cons

Low salary increase, prefer hiring external candidates instead of internal promotion, low salary increase when transfer to new role, not much employee benefits. Multiple headcount reductions in last year due to economy downturn.

Pros

Employees benefits, nothing else which is why I left.

Cons

One of the worst middle management people I’ve ever worked with. If I can submit no star I would have. I have no idea how some are even promoted. Good at managing upwards with talks, but doesn’t acknowledge the ground staff doing the work. Doesn’t understand the complication and people relationship (customer and principle) on the ground. Some serious distrust and bias against distributors. Not enough or no credits given to people actually doing the job. Before my change in supervisor all was good until the day I had my new supervisor.
