      Good salary and benefits. Best-in-class marketing process to drive the growth project. Some leaders are smart and integrity.

      Cons

      In Asia, some expat as regional leader heading local business really demonstrates the combinations of high intelligence and low values. For example, capitalizing on the language advantages to bully the local team while playing a suck-up to his supervisor. Asking local team to give the treatment of being a king. Rewarding the girls who in the office say yes to flirting. Very interestingly, global leadership knows the expat is smart but without values, but still keep this expat. Probably, don’t need the good leader in Asia,but obedient watchdog is more important?
