Pros
- Friendly team across most department and good inter deparment communication - Helpful and realistic with expectations - Family orientated they do care about personal issues - Can see myself here for 5 +years
Cons
- Pay is not good hence why they struggle to get the best talent paying degree qualified engineers you need to match the average of a major city at least. - A lot of departments have a lack of members especially in production and engineering. This is a safety risk in my opinion. The company has the cash to sort this out
