Pros

Eastman is a great place to work. Good career opportunities for entrepreneurial people that can manage a large enterprise environment. Team members treat one another with respect and there is a low teeshold to upper management. Good strategy for differentiation and innovation, and sticking to it even in difficult times.

Cons

Demanding environment and reorganizations are difficult for the employees. Drive for continuous improvement can be challenging. Still one of the best places to work.

Pros

Safety focused and work-life balance

Cons

uncertainties and difficulties bring about the real character of a company and the recent 10 months have shown how people are just expandable labour that can be sacrificed at the interest of shareholder interest. The "what" are now valued over the "how it is done", and people have been laid off with subjective reasons.
