Personal Development Opportunities High ethical standard Responsible Care for Employees and Neighbors The company is becoming more global and drives the efforts to become a Specialty Chemicals Company, which is a great time for most employees.

Cons

Currently none that comes to my mind. The company is changing a lot recently, which makes the communicaction to all levels quite a challenge, but so far so good.

Eastman has very knowledgeable, capable employees. You can trust your co-workers to do the right thing - blindly. Working for a company where being ethical is 'in the genes' is very comforting
