Comfortable environment, laid back atmosphere. Most boss's primary concern is to stay under the radar and maintain the status quo, which makes things easy if you don't do anything stupid.

Cons

Not a progressive company, fairly static in nature and almost a lazy work ethic. Promotions infrequent and almost all employees leave if they desire to reach for better things for their career.
