This is my 7th year in Eastman and I have very good working relationship with my direct bosses and colleagues. Eastman is pro-family work life and have very good employee benefits.

Cons

The internal system and process in place can be very challenging but this is how we can root out unnecessary conflict of interest and maintain the higest level of business conduct.
